LUNCH ORDERS

Yarra Glen Bakehouse

 Lunch orders are now available for the students to have a special lunch each Friday. Orders must be placed by 7.30 pm each Tuesday for delivery on Thursday.

 Lunch orders will be provided by YARRA GLEN BAKEHOUSE and students are able to order a variety of hot food, healthy rolls, sweet treats and drinks.

The ordering process is through FLEXISCHOOLS 

The online ordering system called Flexischools is a well-established organisation allowing you to easily place all your canteen orders online at any time.

 For new families you will need to download the Flexischools app from the App store or Google Play or (https://wwww.flexischools.com.au/mobile-app) for details on how to set up your account.

 Once registered, you can start placing orders immediately. If you have any questions, please contact the Flexischools Customer Service Team on 1300 361 769, or you can contact them via their website.

Using Flexischools is the ONLY way to order the weekly lunches and you can only pay via card – NO CASH.

The process works as follows:

  • Download the app
  • Complete registration for each student – ensuring you have selected Yarra Glen Primary School and the student’s correct class;
  • Set up your pin number;
  • Select the student you are ordering for;
  • Select the lunch option – choose the date you are ordering for;
  • The menu will appear and you can make your You can order as many items as you wish by just adding each item;
  • Once your selections have been completed, select “checkout and pay”. As your credit card details have already been provided in your registration process, the payment will automatically go through. You will at times need to “top-up” your account. You can select the amount you wish to top-up. The order will be delivered to the school each Thursday and will be distributed to the students.
