Book Club
Yarra Glen Primary School participates in the Scholastic Book Club.
Up to twice a term during the school year, Club catalogues are sent home with a different selection of books offered for all ages. There are award-winning books and bestsellers, as well as old and new favourites. The books span a wide range of children’s reading levels and interests and some can be quite cheap (as little as $2).
It is easy to order using the Book Club LOOP platform and pay by credit card (we do not accept cash or cheque payments). Your child’s order must be submitted by a due date (which is advertised in the school newsletter) in order to be delivered free of charge to the school. (If you order after this date, the books will be delivered to your home address at a cost).
Orders are placed at scholastic.com.au/LOOP or using the LOOP app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
It is a great way to encourage reading, by allowing children to choose the books they want to read. Each order helps earn free books and teaching materials for our school, however, there is never any obligation to order.
